If your personal check is returned for Non-Sufficient Funds, a $25.00 charge will be assessed. Credit card payments are currently processed by Paypal. SHIPPING: We ship via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Express services are available as well. Please e-mail or call if you need express delivery. We also ship internationally. Please e-mail before you place your order so we can prepare a shipping quote for you. Payment by credit card: Order will ship within 7 days of receipt of payment. Payment by money order or bank check: Order will ship within 7 days of receipt of payment. Payment by personal check: Order will ship within 7 days of check clearing. Please allow 7 to 10 days after receipt of your payment. You will receive e-mail confirmation of receipt of payment. You will also receive e-mail confirmation of shipment. Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS. We can also ship via the Postal Service or Fed Ex. Please call or e-mail if you would like us to ship other than via UPS. Insurance and tracking are included in the shipping price. RETURNS: If an item is not quite what you expected it to be, you may return it in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. All pieces/components must be included for a full refund. You must first e-mail or call us to authorize a refund. Any items received without an authorization number will not be refunded or returned to you. We will not accept for return items which have been damaged in shipping. Insurance is provided by UPS; please visit www.ups.com to review their claims policies. We will refund the purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are not reimbursed. We will not pay shipping on returned items. We will not accept COD returns.
